Delicious, well balanced coffee
Was really excited to try this one and was not disappointed. Super fresh roast, wonderful aroma upon grinding, and a beautiful bloom during the pour over. The final result was a delicious and we'll balanced cup of coffee. Inertia nailed this medium roast!
